The Off-Season Member Contract (for youth, high school and college wrestlers) is available now.
All Off-Season members can attend any EE practice through the summer and next fall before the regular season starts. Members also receive a 50% discount on any EE wrestling camps. Both FS/GR and folkstyle camp dates are being added now…check the Camps page for details.
Non members are welcome to any practice also. Each practice is $20.00.

2013 Winter Wrestling Season is almost here…Are you ready?
Mike has added four Preseason warm-up mini-camp dates. Winter wrestling is almost here and these mini-camps are the perfect way to spend your weekend preparing for the folkstyle season. Wrestlers will received instruction from Mike Eierman and have time to work on skills and positions of their choosing in one of the most competitive wrestling rooms in the state. Mike will also discuss finding the mental edge needed for a championship season including goal setting and nutrition.
Each mini-camp weekend is $65.00.
Sept. 1 and 2 (Sat and Sun)
10:00 – 1:30 (30 minute lunch break at 1130)
Sept. 22 and 23 (Sat and Sun)
10:00 – 1:30 (30 minute lunch break at 1130)
Oct. 6 and 7 (Sat and Sun)

June 15-17 High level Scoring Camp $145 (25% off for EE members)
10am-3pm (one hour lunch break 12pm-1pm)
This will be a great camp with many new work-out partners available. Each day of the camp will go over high-level scoring technique, new drills, and tons of live wrestling. Attending these camps are an important part in continuing to improve throughout the summer when competitors are taking time off. Keep him ahead of the game!

The summer practice schedule is mostly the same as the season practice schedule. See the Practice Schedule page for dates and times. Off season is the time to start preparing for next year. There are plenty of Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco opportunities in the EE wrestling room all summer. Get in there!

Eierman Elite is now officially running open practice every Wednesday at 7pm at Liberty High School in Liberty, MO (Kansas City area). We are also conducting open practice every Sunday at 2pm at the Eierman Elite facility in Fulton, MO (mid-Missouri). If you are looking for some extra mat time and great work-out partners then come check it out. We would love to have you!
